Hands on experience with tools like BMC REMEDY PT4, Tang, WinFiol and Alarm Workflow Engine (AWE). Responsible for taking care of various reports like INCIDENT Reports, NOC Daily Report, RNA Report, Active Alarm Report, TT SLA Report, DIP and Hardware Report. Ability to use sound judgment, decision-making skills and thrive in a deadline intensive environment,multi-task,perform under pressure and meet deadlines.Overall responsible for Software upgrade and update of Sprint Core, transport & Signaling Nodes. Working as a team leader, responsible for managing/carrying out various activities in the network as per the work request and deliver as per SLAs. Technical support on troubleshooting issues related to Ciena 6500 (DWDM/SDH/SONET/OTN/MPLS) legacy equipment. Ciena-6500 Upgrades on OLA, DGFF & ROADM (SW level 10.1.3 to 11.2). Hands on experience on Site Manager tool and One Control for Ciena 6500 software upgrade Acceptance testing for newly integrated nodes like testing of new DWDM channels Alarm Verification of new Channels being added into CIENA 16, 40, 80 and 96W Agility Systems. Software Upgrades of Alcatel Lucent Network Vision Nodes. (Access Manager, EVDO-RNC,OMC-RAN, Operation Maintenance Platform) To perform prerequisite checks on Access Manager, EVDO RNC and OMC-RAN to ensure that they are ready for the upgrade procedure. Implementation and testing of software upgradation of MSC, MSS, MGC and MGW. To share Daily Activity and Status report with all the stakeholders pointing out areas of concern and bottlenecks. Co-ordination with other stake holders like NOC, NTAC, FSO to maintain smooth and error free functioning of the customer network. Ensure all RCAs are shared and recorded with all stake holders, as and when required. Creation of MOPs, Job aids, known issue database and other documents required for technical assistance. To keep track of all the issues and faults which may hamper the upgrade schedule and ensure proper and timely escalation in co-ordination with the PMO. Responsible for end to end transitioning of new deliveries for Service Delivery Unit.Working in GSM/3G and LTE projects simultaneously in multi-vendor environment Configuration Management on Solaris by MSDP/Citrix tool and by CNA & CHA Application software. Support to Field Engineers in eNodeB integration, troubleshooting and other scopes. GSM (RBS 6000) integration, fault rectification. LTE EnodeB (RBS 6000) Integration including fault rectification Handling CRs (Change Request) and TTs (Trouble Tickets) for eNode B, NodeB and RNC alarms Site scripting (Xml and Mo script) for 3G Node-B (3518, 3418, 3206, 3106,6601 DUW) Ericsson Neighbor Addition of 2G-3G in RNC & 3G-2G in BSC. Pre-Requisite for upgrade and clearance for upgraded Node. Regular Health checks up & Back up of BSS nodes. Ensuring that quality verification of nodes post completion of the Upgrade and Updates Working on NWIE card with current packages and ACL configs. BTS TG Software loading as per latest requirements Recovery of NODES in case of failures or degradation after activity Co-ordination with OSS ,Change Management , Back Office and Circle Teams. Coordination with Planning and Performance department about Network optimization changes to be done on BTS and BSC/TRC. Software Updates of BSS nodes for Customers like Airtel Bharti, Aircel, Idea, Vietnam, Digicel etc. Resource/ Rollout time calculation for any new Upcoming Project. Planning of roll out Upgrade/ Update Package for all Customer Accounts Handled by CM-SCM. Relationship management with other Teams for resolving roadblocks of project. Updating the management on project progress and critical issues affecting the project.Software upgrade of BSS NE’s (BSC/BTS/TRC/NodeB/RNC) to a higher Software Revision level. Handling Operations & Maintenance functions & Troubleshooting technical problems in BSC/BTS/TRC. Taken effective part in several AP & CP activities, AP, CP backup & health check of nodes on regular interval. BTS S/w loading & correction patch loading. Monitoring and troubleshooting of all problem concerning to all BTS site of the network. Migration of BTS sites, define new LAC and changing the BSC definition in MSC. Software Updates of both SS and BSS nodes for Customers like Airtel Bharti, Idea.Responsible for Fault Surveillance & 1st level analysis of faults in NSS & BSS nodes. Raise Trouble Tickets & Timely communication for connectivity issues of C7 links. Routine health checkups of NSS elements. Regular maintenance including backups, Supervision of processes. Responsible for solving customer complaints. To be able to efficiently use tools like OSS, BMC OneTM Remedy. Working on SOLARIS based applications like OSS-ALV,One-TM Remedy,Netcol for network management operation. Communication of faults and solutions to the customer Responsible for troubleshooting of Ericsson 2G BTS series. 1st Level service problem restoration. Support to field Engineers in restoring of services. Monitoring of BSS nodes. Prioritize hardware faults to meet customer demand with in required frame along with analysis solution and reports of the same. Reports development, support and customization using Business Objects tool (6.5, XI R2, XI 3.1) related to network performance. Traffic Reports Management: Daily generation of Traffic Reports. Preparing network performance reports, reports for TRAI & regulatory. Network KPI Management: Analyze traffic reports and ongoing calls to know the reason of call failure & take proactive measures for maintaining the N/W KPI Different UNIX shell scripts to prepare various network reports and deployed them on OSS. Taking new requirements from customer, analyzing, effort estimation and allocating in team. Experience of working with number of customers like Idea, Airtel, Aircel, AXIS, Airtel Nigeria. Daily Traffic Analysis using Business Objects to find out traffic trends for a network of traffic. Creating macros, reference sheets in MS Excel for automating the reports which eventually leads to resource saving.
